Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

ID Check offers an online eligibility test made of practice identity-review cases (face, signature, document and data checks) and, for eligible users, access to a reviewer program.

Images and data shown in practice cases are fictional or synthetic training material. They do not belong to real customers and must not be used for any other purpose.

Results vary. Any amounts, balances, projections or examples shown in the Service are illustrative and depend on your consistency, accuracy, availability of cases and the rules of the program. We do not guarantee any level of income or that cases will be available to you.

Any balance shown in the Service is subject to these Terms, to the program rules and to account verification before it can be withdrawn.

The Identity Reviewer Certificate is a one-time digital purchase priced at $9.90 (USD). Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; your payment details are entered on and handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Your bank or the provider may charge currency conversion or other fees.

After a successful payment, the certificate is issued digitally and sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to contact@publikup.com, including the email used at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute case materials or any part of the Service.
• Do not create more than one account, impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Do not interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.

We may suspend or close access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by PUBLIKUP, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

ID Check is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Mentions of banks, financial institutions, media outlets or other brands are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUBLIKUP, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or income, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
