Privacy Policy

Information you enter in the test. Your answers, email address, name and date of birth are used to show your progress and certificate preview in your browser during your visit. This page does not send them to our servers.

Payment information. When you buy the certificate, you enter your name, email, phone, identification number and payment details directly with our third-party payment provider. The provider processes this information under its own privacy policy; we receive the order confirmation and the details needed to deliver the certificate and provide support.

Usage and device information. Through cookies and similar technologies (see below) we and our advertising partner collect information such as the pages and steps you view, buttons you click, referral or campaign codes in the link you used, your browser and device type, and your IP address.

• To run the eligibility test and show your results.
• To process your purchase, deliver your certificate and provide customer support.
• To measure and improve the Service and our advertising (for example, which steps people complete).
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and comply with legal obligations.

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, to measure visits and actions in the Service (such as viewing a step, creating an account or starting checkout) and to show and measure relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may combine this information with other information it holds about you under its own Privacy Policy.

You can control ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, block or delete cookies in your browser, or use tools that block tracking scripts.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Our payment provider, to process purchases.
• Meta, for advertising measurement as described above.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website on our behalf.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

We keep purchase and support records for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to contact@publikup.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

The Service is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
